Has anyone heard of the Fairhaven Law Group out of Santa Ana, CA as a debt relief agency?

I talked to Fairhaven a few weeks ago and they seemed very imformative and had reasonable payments. After doing a Google search of Fairhaven I ended up here and did not like what I saw in many posts. They have many unhappy customers that are unresolved when I checked the BBB. I did not want to take a chance with Fairhaven, but I'm still undecided what I'm going to do with my debts.

They key to this is to save up money.. Ignore all the calls, when u have enough money pay a debt. But just one debt at a time.. All creditors want is for you to pay. Your settlement letter those are the ones u get saying pay this much if u think u have enough money to pay it then go ahead and do it. thats the key to this.. i had this program. and i catched on too it

What part of no advertising does people not get here???? How are people to make a informed decision by "guests" that are working for companies that just want your money. Consider that when you make your decision.

ok now that i have vented. you can do this on your own or through a good company.

If you want to do this on your own know the facts about settlement and how to go about it and what they can and cant do, and so forth know everything there is to know.

Now if you want to use a company you must do some research take a few days to a week to be sure you are comfortable with who is going to be handling your accounts. Your debt is not going away. take the time that you need to be sure a bad company can make a bad situation way worse and the key to settlement is time. If they waste your time, you will end up in court.

There are many good companies out there just take your time and read up.
