I need some advice on this one. Got a call from these people . has anyone heard of them or have used them. there fees are 30percent of debt. they do all the work. then your debt free and credit is ok after you finish the program. they said it used threw attorneys. let me hear your feed back on this. or what to say back to them. they are calling me back tommorow ( tuesday) told them i had to ask the community about them. Federal debt relief System

can someone please help me out on this as soon as possible on this one.
if there bad people i want to tell them that when they call me back.
thanks all for your help.

Please check them through the BBB in your state...they charge 30% of what you owe.?? Sounds too high to me. I am in a debt management program and I pay$20. a month...the fee they collect is from the bill I am paying. And they can't do anything to imrove your credit that you can't do yourself. I would get another opinion for sure. Register and sign up for the free consultation..let them explain the different options to you and then you can make a more informed decision. They can also refer you to some one in your area...always check any company out before you give them a penny of your hard earned money!!

Is this the website that you were on? (http://www.fdrs.org/forum?) I was trying to find out what state they are in. Do you know what state they are in because if I were you I would be checking the BBB on them, they sound like they are making alot of promises that I don't see how they can keep.

That is my personal opinion, there forums sound kind of fishy and the times that they were posted are like early in the morning? Strange.

This does not sound good to me. Is it a debt management program or debt negotiations?
I would stay away from anyone who claims to be able to negotiate your debt for you. I lost a lot of money with one company who claimed to be able to help me. They said all I had to pay them was 30% of what they saved me on each debt. But I paid them a set up fee first, and then made regular payments into ???????my account??????? They only settled a couple of my debts, but ended up with all my money and then disappeared.
I had to do the rest on my own and now I????????m out even more money than I was to begin with. I must say it all sounded great when the offer was made up front, now I kick myself everyday.
