FIA card Services non-party to Lawsuit

File lawsuit against Bank of America, resident agent acknowkedge service of process. Trial date set. No Notice of Appearance of an Attorney or Notice of Intention to defend filed, as required; but FIA Card Services Makes non-party request on the Record. What should I do?
