I pulled my credit report and notice Fifth Third Bank is listed with a Charge Off in 2008. How do I find out who has this account so I can set up a settlement?

Your credit report should show the contact telephone number for Fifth Third. Call that number, and ask the representative to point you in the right direction. If Fifth Third still has the account it will be in their recovery department, and someone will be willing to negotiate a settlement. If it's not in the recovery department, they will be able to tell you who has the account. Good luck!
