repeated calls

I verified the 800# that calls my house at least 5 times a day, sometimes starting at 8AM, is Allied Interstate. I figured they would leave a message, but after each call I refuse to answer, they DO NOT leave a message. Is there anything regarding # of times they can call a # in one day? And since they will not leave a message, I will not answer. I don't want them to have anymore info then they have already

It is more than likely the dialer calling you. And no, 5 times a day is not excessive or illegal, particularly since you are screening them. It you dont want them to call, send them a cease and desist.
