I would like to file a complaint against this company for repeatedly taking money from my account without my authorization

It is best for you to contact your bank immediately about this unauthorized transaction. Get the details form the bank and ask them to put a hard block on that account. You can even close down that account in order to avoid any future transactions.

From now on do try to avoid giving out your account information and any personal information to others.
