Westbury Ventures Update!!

I thought i would give an update on my situation incase there is anyone out there who is still doubting lodging complaints with the ftc, bbb, or ag. After filing my complaints this morning i called Westbury Ventures back to let them know who i had filed complaints with. The first woman i spoke to literally screamed at me, called me a thief, told me that if i closed down my bank account they would find my new one and get there money. i asked to speak to her supervisor who basicaly said the same thing.. Said he didn't care if i reported him to the attorney general because this matter was between he and i not the AG. I finally hung up on him. He called me back less than a minute later. He asked me the name of the person i spoke to at the AG's office - which i gave him and then he said "well how about if we get this gentleman on the phone for a three-way conference call".. I said "absolute - please call right now here is the number.. I was put on hold - and the next person to pick up the line was yet another supervisor who was extremely apologetic, basically bent over backwards to accomadate me. As a result - i received an email from the company saying they have deleted my account information from their system. They will be sending me a debt validation letter - and any payments i make to them will now be made via certified check and any and all correspondence will be written not over the telephone.
