I had an account with one of WFNNB's client. My husband lost his job and I could no longer afford payment. I'm in the process of filing bankruptcy. I just had a call from the company and the representative was rude. I asked him politely from what company he is calling from and he replied in a low menacing voice " Actually I am the one asking YOU a question and you will answer me..now are you.....? I told him, you are rude and you can drop dead!. I never hide from my creditors, i tell them frankly what is going on. Some of them are polite, some are not. Can something be done about the way they talk to their clients
