am I being sued twice what do i do

Recently got evicted and have a judgment against in on one town court. Then their lawyers sent me a court order for a filing for a deposition in another town court. I called all over. got a hold of apt's lawyers. The meeting was set to be held in their office. NOw they have put me in contempt in city court. what is going on? what can I do to find out what court I am responsible to. DId not go to depositon because of first judgement already set in 1st court.

I don't know if they can help, but did you call 1-800-601-1579? They might be able to help/guide you as to what you can do.
Is There the name of a lawyer on any of the papers you received?
Is There the name of a lawyer on any of the papers you received? I am assuming there must be.
I dont really think calling the debt consolidation # will help very much, as this seems to be a legal matter. I would strongly suggest calling the lawyer that sent you the papers. You can also try calling the court .
