I got an internet PDL last year with Cashnetusa.. have not paid it yet.. got sent to a debt collection agency NCA credit adjusters.. they called me to settle this debt.. ive made an agreement to settle in payment arrangements.. now i also have another place calling me stating its from US attorneys or something. harrassing me at my job.. that the police will come and get me here today.. and that the people i put in as references will also pay.. i do want to settle this debt.. but i feel threatened with the US attorney deal.. what should i do?:confused:

Tell them to FOAD. These people are breaking all kinds of laws with their threats. Let the people at your job know that you're a victim of fraud and to ignore the calls if they come in. Tell the same to your references.
