there is no such a thing.did they threaten you,and how?garnishment,arrest.i found nothing on them but more complaints.use that number and their name to file a police report.also file AG,AND FTC complaints.then do not talk to them further.

This company is a complete scam they contacted me and threatened me with reporting my social security number to the authorities, I don't even know who they are told them they were being recorded and I reported them to the police department and the better business bureau if they have contacted you report them to Federal Trade Commission 877.382.4357

I also got calls form this number and the FTC knows all about them. It is a 100% scam. the most fun you can have is to call them back and piss them off by making fun of them and talking to them in the accent. It really pisses them off and wastes there time like them wasted your. It also lets them know you know all about the scam and be sure to tell them you reported them. After that they will never, NEVER call you again!

I got a call , and i told them i reported them , they said they transfered my file to the courthouse , and i keep asking them which one , and they keep hanging up on me . And i call back and theytell me stop calling. the only the thing that scares me if they have my social security number.

I also received a call from them and couldn't understand them. I asked to speak to someone who can speak proper english and they told me to hold. they came back and it was the same person tyring to get me to believe it was someone different. They said I took a loan out from Cash Advance and that I never paid it back and that they were going to sign an affidavit and sue me in court. I explained to them I have never taken a loan out with Cash Advance and they said they will have to verify this. They also keep calling my daughter who told them she knew this was a scam and they threatened to ruin her social security number so she couldn't get credit anywhere. She warned them several times to stop calling but they won't listen. The number they called from is 347-875-8418. this is a total Scam and I am now reporting them to the FTC.

I also received a call from this company. The guy said his name was Sean Richmond, they guy couldn't even speak English. The number they called from was 415-259-5027. This is a residential number and has no further information. I have reported it to the FTC

We just received a phone call from this guy at my husband's place of employment, a few minutes ago. He said hubby was going to be arrested for a bill. LOL Anyways, I'm trying to figure out how to report them to the OHIO attorney general and the police, because they are IMPOSSIBLE to trace. This guy needs to be arrested, I already understand he's highly illegal! Thanks....:)

to any on einterested i recieved the same call there address is 320 j st in brooklyn new york and they claimed to have purchased a debt from 1997. i filed it in brackruptcy and have the proof , Don't let them scare you. i contacted FTC and they said i was scammed.:razz:
