Please check out the BBB on this company and also with the Attorney General's office. Please be careful.

Yes, I unfortunately I have alot of experience with them, too much ( and let's just say I'm not a client). Their rating is only based on the clients that have actually filed a complaint. Many are in desperate situations- that have only gotten worse since being in program and are threatened with legal action if they don't pay their fees if they do try to cancel. They are sold a dream over the phone by a sales representative (which is not even trained on the details of the program) and then surprised to find out the truth - which eventually comes when when their creditors do not negotiate ( and yes they are enrolled anyway and pay a down payment % of this debt). The Attorney General's office also has information on their complaints. People need to be aware that the person they are talking to over the phone, their "financial advisor" is actually a salesperson working on commission based on their debt. They don't have any involvement in their case other than if one of their down payments NSF's- then Oh my there goes their commission- then they can surely expect to be contacted about their program.
