got a phone call today from first irs claimed i had a payday loan that was never pd in 2009 said it is now a hot check and can get arrested. Is this true????

first irs is a dirty lawbreaking,scamming bottomfeeder.they broke the law themselves as threatening arrest is a crime itself.file a police report for that,and if you want them to lose it just say this.
i'm not paying you.come down and &^*&ing arrest me.see how fast they hang up,or tell you exactly when they will supposedly arrest you.when it doesn't happen they will pretend they never called before.only engage them if you can play with them.if you dopn't want to engage file the police report and ignore them knowing it is a complete scam from a bunch of slime.
