:(i ended going with the fnrc and paid them about 1500.00 dollors and just recently found out they have not contacted my mortage company to get my two house payments down to one and a 2% loan for the next 15 years.. They were hired by me on Feb 2012. How do i go about getting my monies back?

These types of companies are generally a rip off? Did they tell you that they would get two loan payments into one at 2% for 15 years???
Loan modification is a complicated process and no program can guarantee anything before negotiations start. Was this first and second mortgages?? Have you tried applying directly thru the lenders???
