My ex wife just got a call from this company. does anyone know how much they will want per month on a $2500 balance. When I looked them up on the Better Business Buereau they gave them a B+ rating. I just don't want her to get worked over on this so she doesn't end up paying $5000 in the end.

I just had a very positive experience with them, relatively speaking. They sent me an offer letter of $5,568 on a balance of $13,920 or 40%. As this is the largest account I owe I didn't want to pass it up. But I don't have the full amount and the deadline was Jan 30th. I called and asked for two extra weeks to come up with the money.

I worked with Ryan who was actually very friendly and wanted to help me. He went to ask about my extension request and was originally told no. Then went up a level and asked and at first came back and said that the deadline could be extended but they wanted 50% settlement instead of 40%.

Told them that was more than I could commit to at this time, came back and said 45% settlement to extend it. Told him that due to the large balance I could not comment to the extra 5% either but thank you for your time. He didn't give me a hard time or guilt trip or anything unlike Nelson Watson who I have been struggling to deal with.

Well he called me the next day and told me he went to the "top dog" and got it approved for me to pay $3,568 on Jan 30th and the remainder on Feb 13th. He was very friendly and professional and I only wish all my default accounts where with him. I felt he went out of his way to make it work for me.

When you call ask for Ryan Grecko, that is who I dealt with. Good luck.
