First source Advantage LLC made a debt settlement to my american express account and was paid last july 19 2010 and up to this date american express has no record of payment and still harassing me

Didn't you ask for a written debt settlement letter before making the payment?? Do you have anything that proves that you have settled the account? If so, you can dispute the debt.
