fixing a double listing on credit report

not only does the wfnnb/the original creditors name show up on my credit report but the original account shows as well making it two seperate account one Purchased by another lender and the other Account charged off. written off what do I do?
As far as I know, your credit report will show both the negative
As far as I know, your credit report will show both the negative items. The original creditor's name will be mentioned as it has charged off the account and sold it off to a collection agency. The collection agency will also report the account as it has been unpaid.
