Can creditor who won judgment against me FORCE me to sell the house I'm living in with my father, the mortgage and title are jointly owned by us together, but I am the only debtor, my dad doesn't owe the credit card company.


No, they can't. Telling you they could was a serious violation of federal law [fdcpa]. The absolute worst they could do re: your house would be to secure a lein against your interest in it. And even that's not certain, as state laws on such things vary widely.

What state do you live in? And do they currently have a valid judgement, or are they just threatening to get one?
