Four Peaks Financial Services- DO NOT USE

On 11/04/08 my wife and I entered into a debt settlement agreement with Four Peaks Financial Services of Scottsdale, Arizona. We fulfilled all of our responsibilities under the contract, including making all of our required payments to their 3rd party handling firm, Global Client Solutions. In February and May of 2009, settlement agreements were made with Chase on two accounts. In both instances, only the first payment was received out of the 3 or 4 required respectively and both settlements were subsequently cancelled even though sufficient funds where available in my account and were debited according to my statements. I was charged commissions for the two settlements totaling $1897.27, as well as an enrollment fee of $3872.50. In addition I have paid monthly fees to Global Client Solutions for account maintenance. Also there was an extra $1000.00 debited from my account on 05/22/09 that their representative, Rachelle Regan said was in error, yet this has not been corrected nor proof of receipt by one of my creditors provided. I have been very patient and cordial with this firm, yet they refuse to acknowledge these errors, nor attempt to make any reparations. To date, I have currently been defrauded to the sum of $6769.77 from Four peaks Financial Services, not including the fees paid to Global Client Solutions being they have settled none of my accounts and breached the contract. I have since terminated my contract and signed with a local attorney for assistance and to date he has settled two of my accounts in short order. I wanted to warn anyone considering doing business with this firm!
