Want to Alleviate My Damn Debt

I was fine paying off my debts last year until I started working for myself and having decide between my car note and paying bills. I have loans and credit cards that are out there plus a few bounced checks. I don't make enough money and I don't want to continue to rob Peter to pay Paul, Mary and Jane if you know what I mean.

I thought about getting involved with Freedom Debt but I found that debt consolidation companies do nothing to help you with your debt. I am sick of my creditors calling me everyday and I just want out of this nightmare and I am really ready to settle with these loan companies so that they can stop harassing me. That is the worst part, the harassment. The loan companies showing up at my office looking for payments (knowing that it is against the law to do so). I just want to be free from this mess and get back on track.

I filed bankruptcy in 2000 and I am this close to finally having that off of my record once and for all and I have been waiting ten years only to have the same problems again. Please someone tell me what I need to do.
