i have about £15,ooo loan from the bank and the odd credit card debt max about £4,000. i'm leaving the country to live in the states soon, and was wondering if i just went and stopped paying them all would they bother or be able to find me and make me pay?? and would they be able to access my other bank account and freeze that/take money?
When out in the states can i just open a new american account and live my life there as normal? i know this sounds bad but just feel i need to find out. thanks for any input!!

I am not real sure how this works, I am sure that someone will come along soon and answer your questions. I don't think that a collector would pursue you in this case, unless of course they have your new contact information like phone number and address, they of course you would probably get the harrassment. I just don't know how far they would take collection efforts from another country. Hang in there, somebody with more knowledge will be around soon to shed more light on this for you.

Hi.
I am Clara and i saw your question about needing a loan,In the internet they are alot of scams out there.I decided to answer your question to prevent you being scammed. I got a loan of $150,000 from an agency online and i was lucky not be scammed. Contact them at email:globaly_aquinted_org@yahoo.com interest rate of 0.2% is simply great.they use a yahoo email account on our request because its makes contacting them easier
