You need to go into your bank and ask for the Branch Manager, usually only she/he is authorized to place a freeze or block on your account. :wink:

Go in and talk to the manager. Tell them it is fraud. You have revoked their rights to take money out of your account and yet they still are doing it. It is possible for the bank to complete lock up an accout so no charges will hit. I would dispute all charges and all fees assoctiated with those charges and demand that every penny be refunded. Also if these are internet loans then they were all made illegally in Kentucky. I have personally spoke with the office of the finance in kentucky and they said that a company is required to be licensed in Kentucky to give out pay day loans. Also a company is required to have at least one physical store front in Kentucky in order to be licensed in Kentucky. It is impossible for any internet pdl company to get a license in Kentucky unless they open up a store first.
