If First Source is calling you regarding any debt, then you should ask them to send them a debt validation letter to you. You can also send a written notice in this regard. If they don't send you a debt validation letter, then send a cease and desist letter to them.

LAPD cant do anything for you. You need to send a dispute IN WRITING along with a cease and desist. You dont want it validated since you dont owe it. Dispute it and tell them to bug off...basic FOAD! Send it certified mail return receipt requested.
