Premiere credit is garnishing my wages and taking my tax refund is this legal?

I am assuming this is for a federal student loan as Premiere is

I am assuming this is for a federal student loan as Premiere is a DOE contractor.

Premiere is garnishing your wages....your guarantor took your tax refund....yes, it is very legal. You are not paying voluntarily.
