GC harassing relative

Hi Nelly - over the course of the past 2 months I have logged 14 calls from 4 separate individuals that I have all ascertained originated from GC. Most calls were asking for a relative; but more than a few asked for me by name. The relative in question does not live with me nor am I in frequent contact with him/her, but I have passed the messages along. Does this constitute harassment, or, more to the point, are there any legalities involved here? Thank you.
They are only suppose to call once unless they have reason to be
They are only suppose to call once unless they have reason to believe the reference might have more information. Maybe they believe you actually live there.
How about calling them and calls to your references will stop...is this for a student loan?
