Has anyone tried to settle

I've never dealt with that company before, but I am sure that someone will come along with some input.

Well, I've been trying to settle with them all day. I did a fair amount of homework prior to contacting them. Found many different comments/complaints by people about them, and numerous claims of settling. Upon calling them today, speaking with 3 different people, each time explaining financial hardship (what comes first, paying greedy corporations, or taking care of my child? My kid wins out every time, no matter what). Each individual I spoke with said "We don't do settlements, at all." Thats funny, because I've much evidence otherwise. If everybody else has to worry about the return of their money instead of the return on their money, I think it's time somebody make these lying, usurping pricks experience some of the same.

I had a card with G.E. Money, they settled with me. I owed $4400 and they took $1400, I was 5 months late.
