I would call them and ask them what is the best rate they currently have available; they will most likely give the current rate which is equal to the purchase rate. If that is the case, ask them when would the next offer be made. They would recommend calling back in a few weeks or whenever the options become available. Also note that they normally have more offers around the holiday season.
