My ex and i have filed chap. 13 but than decided to switch over to a chapter 7 which has been discharged. I took over a family business and got into a great deal of debt. No i have the county attorney breathing down my back i dont want to.go to jail. I have no money and i dont know what to do. Please help me

You took over a business without any experience. Basic business law would have taught you that debts are civil, not criminal. No such thing as debtors prison...
Relax! You're not going to
Relax! You're not going to jail since being in debt isn't any criminal offence on your part. As for the county attorney breathing down your back, then it's time you sat down with him and made him see things as they stand. Make it clear that you've filed Chapter 7 and your debts are discharged, so his breathing down your back won't help much.
