I'm helping my friend get some help on her bills, should I talk to a debt consolidation person or a lawyer?

It????????s really nice to hear that you are helping your friend in managing her debt.

Now, let me tell you that???????..which program of debt solution your friend will go for will depend upon the amount of debt she is in. debt consolidation program or loan can definitely be a solution.

But let me suggest you that before going for any program, your friend can try for ???????Self Repayment Plan???????. For this she needs the following things: -
??????? Knowledge of different techniques for reducing debt.
??????? Planning of an appropriate budget in accordance with the income
??????? Last but not the least, restraining herself from unwanted spending

Your friend can become debt free if you suggest her the following 7 simple steps: -
1. She needs to admit to herself that she is in a debt problem.
2. Then she has to assess her own financial condition.
3. Now, she has to make a list of debts she is in and prioritize them.
4. Task of creating a feasible budget.
5. Restraining from getting into any sort of new debt.
6. Talk to the different creditors she owes to.
7. If she fails to perform the above steps, then she can go to the professional counselors for help.

For better understanding of the various steps, mentioned above, you can go through the page http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/debt-free.html .

I hope it helps???????Please keep us informed and feel free to ask or share. It is a community where we all participate to help each other for debt relief.

Bye???????:)
