I was with them recently and What exactly is a receivership? I sent in my info but I don't totally understand what is going on. Can anybody help?

I am in the same boat. I just don't know what to do, because prior to getting into this debt settlement agreement, my credit was ok and now after 1 year in this program, I am out money I had been paying them every month, my credit is awful, and the credit card balances are so much higher from late and overlimit fees from me not paying. I don't know if I should try with another company. I'm just so worried about what is in store for me. Or should I contact the creditors?

So I was going through my old email and junk mail and found emails from Hess Kennedy. Should I send these in? Basically what it shows is updates on how much I have paid to them. It was $9,204. It says this and has all there info on it from there email. Would this be relevant?

I just got a notice Via Email by the receivership that they got all my info which is good. I still have so more papers that I will send in soon enough to solidfy even more on my account.

I sent my paper work in certified, I have called them 100 times to make sure they have it. I havent got a call back. Do you have an email for them?

does anybody realize the other people involved in the sales end made millions yet i havent heard one thing mentioned about them one of the frist people to do bussiness with hess still has a pending lawsuit against him for 33 million dollars for fraud and is still doing bussiness and living the high life look into the people who sold you on this deal their doing better than ever
