one of the creditors Household Finance is taking me to court because they don't want to settle on 6/28, the debt settlement company tells me is only a
judgment, I wonder what will happen in court
because the attorneys Rolfe and Lobello are going to

It all depends on your local court procedures . . . . For instance in my county, for small claims you are required to go through mediation first. In mediation you and the creditor sit down with a mediator and see if you can work out some sort of payment plan. If you do, it's signed by the judge and as long as you follow the plan, a judgement isn't entered against you. But if you defualt a judgements is entered against you and you could have your paycheck garnished.
If it goes before the judge, the judge only decides if the money is owed or not. He won't make payment arrangements. But this is only in my county, yours may be different.
