What information do I need to gather to begin this process?

welcome to the forum,first what kind or kinds of debt are we talking?credit cards,payday or consumer loans,student loans.
if it is payday loans,you need to furnish the following
1)how many loans
2)who did you borrow from
3)how much paid back total.include any rollovers and fees
4)what state are you in
for the credit cards,just answer two and three.just name the
cards you have and how much owed.
