Summons???

IAG had some lady call me (left a voice mail) saying that she would be seeing me later that day to serve a summons.....of course, she never showed up. However, what is bugging me is that the number she called from is from my local area code (864); however, IAG is based out of New York. I called IAG today because I have never talked to them - they have never mailed me anything, so I don't even know who/what this is in relation to. But when I called today, they said that the case has left their office and I should have been served a summons......which takes me back to the voice mail left by the lady saying she would be paying me a visit. Have they violated my rights since the threat was made that I was being served that day, but then never was? I saved the voice mail and have recorded a copy of it, too, for safe-keeping. What do you guys think?

yes do the search for IAG.this is a dirty bottomfeeder that has to rely on illegal threats because they have nothing else.file a police report as yes the law was broken with that call.then use the info you have to file AG,AND FTC complaints.then ignore them when they call hang up without a word.btw demanding something in writing is pointless as they never do send anything,and it's a waste of your time to listen to illegal stupidity.
