PDL's are illegal in NJ. You owe principal only. Why on earth would you pay money to consolidate them? They are illegal contracts and they have no legal power over you.

We've been advising you how to deal with this since August of 2009.
The primary thing you need to understand is that you cannot continue to take out these loans.
Follow the steps. Get yourself out of this mess. And then do NOT get back into it.
