Hi, I looked here trying to find info on Impact Debt Settlement. I did search the forums, but everything came up on the impact of debt settlement not the company Impact Debt Settlement. If anyone knows about them, please post. They were named one of the best on the web. Are they legit? thanks a lot.


Hi there. I looked them up at the BBB and they have an F rating. Also, they only have 1 (one) employee? lol That's a little scary! There are complaints regarding "service issues" and "contract disputes", 3 complaints and only 1 resolved. Look them up and read about it yourself. They must be a relatively new company, which doesn't surprise me, it seems there are tons of people opening their own debt settlement services, especially at a time when we are experiencing a HUGE economic crisis.

Have you thought about settling your debts yourself, it is doable, you just need to educate yourself on the laws, you can use this forum to help guide you through the process, all FREE.

if they charge all the fees upfront i would assume to not trust them. you want to find a company to only get the fees when they perform the duty.

please take a close your PERSONAL situation. If it benefits them dont go with them, if it benefits you in all aspects then it might be good for YOU

its you in debt with the problem and not them, in this day and age there is nothing to be ashamed with credit problems so dont get down on yourself. look forward and not to the past.
