I have the same problems as most on this site with CACV and inflated debt. I have a pre-trial conference date set and need to know what to do about the pre-trial order. From my research I believe that I should have been allowed 45 days from the end of my 30 response period to prepare for this. Also, I have requested and not yet received all of the account info. that this site suggested. Is there a motion I can file and can I also file a for a continuance since I cannot prepare my pretrial order without any information?

Welcome to the forums. This is not a field that I am very good in. Somebhody else will be along to answer your questions. Just wanted to say WELCOME!!! KYSIDE38

Were u served with a summons? They gave me 20 days to respond to which i didn't... SIGHS! Make sure u respond within the time frame as to NOT get a default against u.
Good Luck they're hard to deal with! But if you follow the law then u can beat them, i'm pretty sure of this! They're sloppy!
