Integrity Debt Relief Group scam – is it really so?

Anyone know or heard of it? Hard to keep all the similar names separate. Sounds too good to be true, but...

They claim to rewrite the contract with the CC companies/debtors, send with a late payment, and if cc cashes check, they agree to new terms. And violations, such as attaching late fees are penalized $500-$2500. Etc, etc.

Do they offer guarantees?

Are they a scam?

I really need help here,...

I called the Integrity Debt Relief Group back in July of last year. At the time they were offering $3000 to clear any debt under $100,000 and $4000 for anything over. They were also asking for the price of one months payment for each account plus the $45 fee for each. The person I talked to was Jay Smith (generic) at 804-437-4511. At the time I did not have the money so I held off enrolling in the program. They tried to get me to take out another loan with their company for the $5000 so cover the total costs which included the monthly payments. I declined to this in hopes to come up with the money myself. I soon afterwards I saw an article and decided not to move forward with it. http://getoutofdebt.org/6978/i-signed-up-with-court-mediation-services-and-now-im-being-sued-by-citibank-susan

I signed up with CMS (Integrity Debt relief) in April of 2009. I now have bad credit, creditors calling me nonstop, lawyers threatening to sue me, wage garnishments ect.. I don't believe a true debt consolidation would do this to you. Im in the program and I believe 100% that its a BIG SCAM! Now Im not sure what im going to do? I think eveyone who has paid money and trusted them needs to get together and do something to stop them from stealing money and ruining anyone else's life!! Any lawyers out there want to bring these horrible people down? Oh and btw their rating on the BBB is and F-!! Its under Court Mediation Services, not Integrity Debt Relief but its all the same company!

Just simply trust me... You don't have to call it a scam but you will regret you ever even considered this so called "Debt Relief"... If you are reading this, do not even take the time to research legitimacy and do not look back...

We signed up for this service a year ago. We sent them the start up fee, enough to pay the monthly bill one time for each bill as well as an additional $40 per bill. Money we could ill afford at the time. We never heard anything. We emailed the rep at CMS and he simply replied that we wouldn't hear much. Just watch for results. Well a year later then have done absolutely nothing! We got the creditors to call by filing bankruptcy! Save your money.

CMS is a scam and that would make any other company that is affiliated a scam as well. I signed up with them in September 2008, paid them the fee and 1% of my debt ($40,000.00). I sent all mail and correspondence from creditors to CMS. I continued to get calls and letters. I would email CMS sometimes they would respond sometimes they would not. When I would get and send CMS legal looking doc's they sent me a 5 page response not clear as far as what my actions were to be but that they don't give legal advice... Currently my wages are being garnished and the other creditors are in line, all were to have been assumed by CMS. No one is answering emails, phone calls or anything else, is that evidence enough for everyone, is that scam enough for everyone?????

I wish it had never happened.. that would have been much easier.. but Eileen Cook (phone number above) has NEVER not answered her phone.. has ALWAYS been there to help us.. and I feel we are WAY better off than with a BK.. and the traditional lawyer system..

If you're in debt there is little help.. you just have to be careful .. and think wisely and if you call Eileen she'll explain it over and over until you understand... tell her Idaho sent her.

OK this is not getting us anywhere. Some saying "it worked for us" and a bunch saying they got jilted... just like the world today.... No straight answers. One has to practically read the equivalent of a stack of novels online just to figure out if something is honest or not - exhausting - and STILL finds no straight answer on who to trust. Based on the evidence before me, I see that humans have absolutely become a bunch of insane creatures... some insane with some kind of success with their greed, and the rest insane from either trusting them, OR trying to figure out WHO to trust. If I could go running to the hills to vanish and eat berries for the rest of my life, I swear I would, just to escape insanity on top of insanity. I'm going to stand up now, so some BLOOD can get to my ASS that's been planted in a seat for hours trying to find solutions.... and maybe it'd be best to just stop trying to find an answer anymore. Thanks all, for efforts to inform, I guess.... too bad seekers are left frustrated and it doesn't seem to accomplish anything but a numb butt.

I got scammed by Eileen Cook and CMS and wrote a report on RipOffReport.com and you can type in the search box CMS, Integrity Debt Relief Group, or Eileen Cook and it will show my report. I was and still according to them a member and I forwarded all my mail to them as directed and I still years later get collection letters and calls and they have done absolutely nothing. Don't trust these crooks, I am considering legal action since they took my $2,900 and I spent tons of money in postage and this hasn't done anything for me. When I spoke to Eileen Cook when I signed up she said that my credit would be cleared and cleaned up if I got into the program and the collections would stop and none was true. They can't do anything for you other than take your money.

DO not pay Jeff Leland or Brad Daily a dime they are both a rip off and will only put you in deeper debt and take your money for nothing.
They both offer you a bunch of worthless letter to send to your debtors.
if you want the letters email me i will send them to you free.
