Here is a little piece of information I had not thought about. The payday loans over the internet are not paying state taxes on the loans they give to us. This is reason enough for the states to sue them. Have any of you thought about this? Give me some input Please. KYSIDE38

They are paying taxes in their state of incorporation, otherwise, they would not be in business long, or at the very least, they would be paying heavy fines. The IRS loves to keep an eye on businesses that show large gains each year. PDL's pay a ton in taxes; that may be part of the reason that they are not illegal in most states.

They are paying federal taxes I am sure. However some states require you payb their state taxes if you do business in the state. Do you honestly think they are paying state taxes in every state? Dont think so. They are not licensed but still doing business. Think about it.

Not in my state. They are not licensed here and therefore not paying taxes. State taxes. Not every state has state taxes.
