Are there debt consolidation companies that will work with me even though I've recently been taken to court by a credit card company and a college?

I don't think having a judgment against you would bar you from consolidating your debts other than the ones included in the judgment. Debt Consolidation company will not include the debt accounts that were included in the judgment as the fate of these accounts depend on court orders.
