I've read hundreds of posts here stating many of you have settled for 20-35% of your original CC debt. Does this work the same with a judgement on a CC? Thanks in advance for any answers!

The OP didnt ask anything about debt relief companies or whether or not they would work with these types of accounts....Anna please read the question. Dont guess at answers you cannot answer.

To the OP....yes, it is easier to settle on accounts prior to judgment. After a judgement is rendered, the SOL is extended up to 20 years so why would the creditor want to settle on a debt they have years to collect on with the legal systems assistance. Some will settle, some wont.
