I have two seperate judgements one in TX and one in FL. I currently live in TX. I am wanting to start paying the judgements off so in the next couple years I may be able to buy a house. I know in some states you can file directly with the court to pay the amount back in installments. Is that an option in TX and FL? Where would I find the form if it is available?

I would like to avoid direct contact with the people I owe the judgements to and would like to make my payments directly to the court so I dont have to wait for the original creditor to file the satisfaction of judgement.

Am I barking up the wrong tree or is this something I can actually do?
