Judgement against my husband

Question, I'm separated from my husband for more than two years, I recvd a judgement for him at my address he has no money no bank accounts no property in his name and he is living in a foreign country Dominican republic I don't know his whereabouts, can I still go to court for him and tell the judge this problem? Also my only concern I have a paid car which is in my name and his too can they take the car away from me, the debt is about 10 thou, please help me know thank.

Unless you have financial power of attorney, the court will not even listen to you. A judgment will be rendered unless he debt is paid or settled.
It is highly unlikely that the judgment will affect your car.
