I would like to know what if you are disable and liiving off S.S.I benifits of less than $650.00 a month and you don't own anything of value.

Also, generally (depending on the debt), SSID income cannot be garnished nor can your account be levied if that is the only money being deposited into the account. They may be able to levy your bank account but the funds would have to be returned if you can prove SSID is your only income and all funds in the account are from SSID.
