Judgements and other problems

Due to constantly being layed off after college my debt has become a problem I have judgements that i had no idea were in place or had the time to go to court for. I need help for everything. My student loans are not in default but i need to pay them. I have credit card debt a repo and cell phone bills. I also have billas in my name that are not mine.

I am not sure if any consolidation company will include the judgments and the repo in the payment plan. You need to look for different companies and see if they can work on these types of debts.
For other debts like the credit card and the cell phone bills, you can have it combined under the plan. The interest rates will be lowered down and most late fees will be waived off. Talk to a consultant for your options. He will draft an easy plan for you.
