will not contact me

I have a judgment against me and i am not disputing it, but they never set up a payment plan or anything. This company never contacted me for payment. Now I would like to work something out and they will not return my phone calls and when I spoke with the account revcble manager she said the debt was over $9k when the judgment was for $5k and the reason they did not contact me is because they do "in-house" collecting. How do I handle this?
