:mad:had received judgment against us in favor of pressler, due to confusion on court dates, filed motion to vacate & was denied, pressler is now threatening jail & sheriff's if we don't summit all bank,stock,life ins ss personal data .
they were also unwilling to make a deal in the past to make this go away=
whats left- BBB,Ftc ,attorney general complaint?

You need to answer the courts...if they are requesting your fina
You need to answer the courts...if they are requesting your financial information you must provide it.
It is too late for a BBB or AG complaint. How was there a confusion on the court date? It is posted in the court dockets which is public information,
