problems with Kramer and Frank

I have been dealing with Kramer and Frank since July of 09. I even reported them to then to the Kansas Attorney Gereral. Today in the mail I got back how they replied to my complaint. They actually lied. They made false statements to the Attorney General office. Does this call for reason to sue them? If they made false statements when telling them what I stated. One false statement they said was I wished something bad to happen to one of the ladies so she would know what it was like to be sued. I did not say this at all. This is just one of the false statements they said and they sugar coated some other statements. Would this be considered Slander? I mean this was filed within the state of kansas. And it is on record.
