getting a loan on a home

I currently have a land contract on a home that expires in 1yr I have bad credit but I want to get a loan to pay off this contract to stay in this house what should i do?
how much do you need to pay it off? if its a year, can you work
how much do you need to pay it off? if its a year, can you work some little extra hours and gather the money? I would leave the loan option in the back nurner!
