Late payment for settlement offer

I don't have enough fund to pay Wells Fargo Creditor , the atual date is 15th but I won't have money til 26th (I paid them 2 months already). Anyone knows they will terminate the deal or not?

You should have called them before it was late. That happened to me with one of my settlements, and they debited it the next pay date for me. I had a due date of 10/8 and asked them to do it 10/15. Not a problem, as I had already made one payment.
It's best to talk to them.
