My brother recived a letter saying that there was a lawsuit filled agenst him by Midland Funding LLC, the problem is that my brother is no longer living with us he went to Mexico to study to be a priest for 7 years, i was left in charged of everything that came under his name, and im not going to pay anything to this company, my brother didnt left any property under his name. Science he was livivng with my Father, What cand i do to resolve this Midland Funding LLC problem. Thanks

Inform midland and the court that your brother is out of the country. The statutue of limitations will be tolled (frozen) since he is absent from the US...if he returns to the US, they could end up suing him then. Not much else you can do.
